SOH: wo liegt euer Spring?

Wieder ein Beweis dass es sich lohnt auf LFP zu setzen. Auch und vor allem wenn man das Auto zum Zwischenspeichern benutzen möchte. In den Staaten sieht es jetzt so aus, dass die meisten Ami-Firmen auf LFP umsteigen wollen. Auch von wegen der Nutzung vorhandener Ressourcen. Die kleinere Speicherkapazität ist den meisten Benutzer nicht so wichtig, wie die Autofirmen es darstellen möchten. Ausserdem wird V2G mit NMC Batterien schwer möglich sein.

After some time of "slow food diet" for my Spring's battery (6A loading) I see very promising effects: degradation curve became more and more flat. There were maybe 1-2 faster charging s but not too much. No fast DC loading at all.
My effective degradation per "my" 10.000 km is 0.8% but if it stays like on "slow food diet", it will be even smaller. First 14.000 km were done by first car user (SOH 100-94,04 %)

Sorry, but I think this is a normal process happening in every car. Its not very different. Hope for you that my thinking is not the right.

It would bei interesting to see the curve of SOH also over time instead of mileage.

I think this is a normal process
Ok but:
1. Normal is that slow charging equals slower SOH degradation
Or
2. Normal is, that after fast degradation in the begging of using car, it comes to slow degradation.

Ad. 1 I didn't think that it can be that significant.
Ad. 2 I heard it's normal process but was so lucky to nail it? Or this is result of my charging "strategy".

In some time I'll switch to faster charging to check if it turns back to faster SOH degradation.
What can be interesting, first user stated, that he never charged this car via CCS - always via white brick, 10A. But his degradation was 5,94 PCT per 14.000 km.
