Here it is the way it is since neither the dealers nor Dacia itself do a good job in communikation. And this feeds the fears of the customers.Hi all,
I am a bit surprised by all what they try on your cars to solve your problem in Germany... in France that seems to be the opposite way: Renault told the mechanics to not try anything else before having received the official solution to solve the problem... if they try something, it will be on their own and Renault will not pay them for the parts or work they have done...
My mechanic also has a number of Aktis related to noises (this is how you call what I call a "Solution" if I am right), but Renault is clear: Don't try any of them... it will not fix it.
Just a side note: a few month ago, my mechanic did record the noise and sent it to the techno lab...this is after that step that I did get the Solution/Aktis number and the official letter from Renault/Dacia.
That's the same here in Germany. The dealer get not paid for any experiments on their own. And again, no one here has a solution from Dacia.Hi all,

Martin

Kann ich bestätigen,Here it is the way it is since neither the dealers nor Dacia itself do a good job in communikation. And this feeds the fears of the customers.
